There is so much you can do and say with film. If a picture paints a thousand words, then movies are like books; they tell a complete story. I love vimeo for the beautiful and interesting short movies you can find there, and I'm in love with the clarity of astonishing HD on my computer screen. This is my list of favourite films right now, featuring bleeding punk girls, drifting clouds floating over San Francisco, the underground art scene in South Africa, East London teenagers, a Charles Bukowski poem and Chloe Moretz in red leather pants.
